Noise grid v6 — Distance check
Dot size grows with the distance from the centre and opacity falls off against a noise-modulated wave — the grid gains a horizon.
Dots stay at their cell centres here; what varies is how big they are and how present. Size grows with distance from the canvas centre, and opacity falls off against a wave radius that the noise field itself modulates, so the grid has a soft edge that moves.
The hue is normalised against the angle minimum precomputed over the whole loop, which is what keeps the colour stable rather than shifting frame to frame.
