This site is published by Steeve Pommier, a private individual, on a non-commercial basis. It is a personal workshop — projects, motion work, photographs and notes — not a business.

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers, and the photographs are stored on Cloudflare R2.

The photographs, texts and illustrations on this site are my own work and are protected by copyright. All rights reserved: no reproduction, edit, distribution or commercial use without my prior written permission. Downloading a photograph for private, non-commercial viewing is fine; everything else, ask.
Search engines and AI crawlers are allowed to index the site. That permission is a permission to index, not a licence to republish the photographs or the texts.
The software projects presented here carry their own licence in their own repository; what applies is written there, not here.
Third-party names, logos and works that appear on the site (employers, tools, people I link to) belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

The photographs are the part of this site most likely to travel without me, so here is the copyright above said precisely, for pictures.
Without asking me, you may look at them, link to any photograph's page, and keep a copy on your own device for private, non-commercial viewing.
With my written permission, and not before: publishing a photograph anywhere, in print or online; any commercial use; redistributing one, alone or inside a collection; editing or cropping one and passing the result on; and selling anything that contains one.
Indexing is not republishing. Search engines and AI crawlers are welcome to crawl these pages; that permission ends where a photograph is reproduced elsewhere as if it were free to take.
Every photograph is credited to Steeve Pommier, and the credit stays with it wherever it goes.

Say which photograph — its page URL is enough — where it would appear and for how long. Rights are granted per use and in writing: there is no automatic licence and no price list. Ask and I will answer.
Privacy
Short version: the site does not know who you are, and does not try to.
- No account, no form, no newsletter. Nothing you type is sent anywhere, because there is nothing to type.
- No cookies. The site sets none — no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- Preferences stay on your device. Theme, menu position, background and the like are kept in your browser's local storage and never leave it. Reset is in the ⚙ panel.
- Anonymous audience measurement. Page views are counted with Umami, self-hosted on my own server at
insight.steevepommier.com— no third party receives the data. It stores no cookie, no IP address and no personal identifier; it cannot follow you from one site to another. It honours your browser's Do Not Track setting, and you can switch it off for this site in the ⚙ panel. - Hosting logs. Like any host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- External links open third-party sites with their own rules; I do not control them.
