Noise grid v12 — Field on fire
Tall dots overlapping row into row, hue cycling over time, opacity eaten away by a noise-modulated wave: the grid burns.
Fixed-size dots one cell wide at each cell centre, with the hue cycling over time from the cosine of the angle and the opacity falling off against a noise-modulated wave radius. The dots are taller than the row spacing, so they overlap vertically and the field closes into sheets rather than staying a grid of points.
Each pixel scans its 3×3 neighbourhood and keeps the dot drawn last to match the original's draw order. No cross-frame normalisation here — this one uses a fixed range, which is what lets it stay lit instead of self-balancing.
