A free-layout collage of clips: every video is placed against the full canvas with its own scale, position and fit, stacking in order with no grid.
Clips hang as a loose collage on near-black — some portrait, some landscape, overlapping where their frames cross. Each keeps playing in place; nothing else moves.
There is deliberately no grid: every video is laid out against the whole canvas using its own scale, position and fit, and they simply stack in the order they are listed. The composition therefore lives entirely in the per-clip settings — the sketch is a free-layout compositor that leaves the arranging to whoever fills it.
