Video — Echo
A clip recedes down a tunnel of its own ghosts: each frame re-injects the previous accumulation scaled, rotated and dimmed before the live video lands on top.
A clip recedes down a tunnel of its own ghosts: each older copy sits slightly smaller, turned and dimmer than the last, until the trail fades into black. With zoom and rotation set, the accumulation twists into a receding square spiral.
It is a feedback loop, not a stored history: every frame the previous accumulation is snapshotted, redrawn scaled, rotated, faded by a decay factor and optionally blurred, then the live video lands on top with a chosen blend mode. The ping-pong between two buffers is what lets the trail transform without ever drawing a buffer onto itself.
