Tree v1 — Whip
Hung from a point at the top of the frame, striped tendrils thicken as they fall and lash sideways, each arm ending in a splayed star of strokes.
Three ribbon arms share one anchor at the top; they hang almost still there and swing harder the further down they reach, crossing and braiding over a dotted grid before flaring into star-shaped tips. Red and teal bands run the length of every arm.
No ribbon exists in the code: each arm is the same straight top-to-bottom path stamped 400 times with a small rotating asterisk of one to three line segments. Sine and cosine waves displace every stamp, their amplitude eased from zero at the anchor to full at the tail — which is what pins the top and lets the bottom whip — while segment length and stroke weight grow along the path, fusing the stamps into tapered arms whose last few stars stay legible as claws.
