Photo — Grid with photo switch overlay
A wall of tiled photographs sits behind one large print that keeps changing, the loop dealing each picture of the set to the centre in turn.
Two layers share the frame: a full-bleed lattice of cropped photos as wallpaper, and over it a single big print, centred, cycling through the same set. The overlay picture is always somewhere in the wall behind it, so each cut briefly shows one image twice at two scales.
The wall never animates — cells take the set in fixed order and crop to their slot — while the overlay index is simply the loop position scaled by the number of photos, giving every image an equal slice of the cycle and a hard cut between slices.
