Text morphing — Depth
A glyph cycles through the alphabet as a dotted rainbow tunnel, layer after layer ballooning toward the viewer while the stack swings around the frame.
A single character, sampled to outline dots, is repeated through dozens of depth layers that grow by a constant factor per level, so the letter becomes the mouth of a widening tunnel of colour. It morphs continuously through its list — the lowercase alphabet by default — while the whole stack swings from anchor to anchor around the frame with an elastic snap.
Layer zero is the letter itself, stamped with the fattest strokes; each further layer multiplies the dot positions outward and thins the stroke, so after a few dozen compoundings the outline blows past the frame and becomes the loose dust of dots around the crisp glyph. Hue reads Perlin noise of dot position and depth into a spectral palette whose range widens with depth, which keeps the front letter legible while the tunnel walls churn.
