Noise grid v4 — Pulse
The holed noise grid given a heartbeat: a stepped pulse rescales every dot and ring on the beat, standing in for the audio reactivity of the original.
The same two-species fabric as the holes variant — filled dots where the noise runs high, outlined rings in the low hollows — but the whole field breathes: marks swell and shrink together, and their offsets stretch with them, so the pattern clenches and relaxes like something inhaling.
The pulse is a three-value sequence (0.75, 1, 1.25) that the animation steps through and eases between, multiplying both each mark's weight and the displacement scale; the code notes it as a stand-in for a bass envelope. Underneath, one Perlin angle per cell still decides offset, size, hue and the solid-or-hollow split against a converging maximum.
