Le studio de création qui voit grand. A portfolio for Dany Afonso's studio — projects, studio, method, contact — in French, typeset around the studio's own bullet-and-lowercase mark.
Tumblr as the backend
The brief that shaped everything: the studio already publishes its work on Tumblr and had no appetite for a second place to maintain. So Tumblr is the CMS. The site reads posts through tumblr.js, revalidates with SWR, and lays them out as a masonry grid with PhotoSwipe for the lightbox. Publishing a project means posting, not logging into an admin.
The dependency cuts both ways, which is why the repo carries a full mock-data mode (npm run dev:mock): the whole site builds and runs offline against fixtures, so a Tumblr outage or a plane journey does not stop the work.
GSAP drives the type animations on the landing sequence.
