Photo — Switch blurry background
Each photograph in turn stands sharp at the centre of its own smeared enlargement, its exposure settings written small around the mat.
The slideshow shows every photo twice at once: full-bleed behind, dissolved into soft blocks of its own colour, and centred in front, sharp with a mat. Around the sharp print, small captions report the shot's focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO and lens, read from the image file, while a counter at the top tracks the loop.
The smear costs almost nothing: the backdrop buffer runs at roughly a twentieth of the canvas's pixel density with a slight blur on its context, so just drawing the photo into it and stretching it back up produces the effect — no per-frame filter pass. The captions come from the EXIF block, formatted, and simply vanish where a file lacks a field.
