Noise strips v2
Horizontal bands ripple like folded cloth, poster-flat colour bending where the surface turns; drifts and depth jump between preset states instead of easing.
Bands of overlapping dots run across the frame in horizontal waves, bunching into hills and hollows like cloth pushed together. The stripes carry flat, banded colour — reds, blues, yellows, greens — that shifts wherever the surface turns, and every so often the whole relief lurches into a new configuration rather than easing there.
Each dot converts a Perlin noise sample into an angle, offsets itself by the angle's sine and cosine and takes weight, opacity and hue from the cosine — the recipe of the first version, rotated from columns into rows. What this version adds is stepping: the global noise offsets and the vertical exaggeration hop through short lists of preset values as the loop runs, and the hue-range multiplier cycles per row over time, so some rows compress the palette into two colours while their neighbours sweep it wide.
