Noise lines — Circle colored
Concentric noise rings rebuilt as chains of glowing dots on black, hue and brightness cycling around each ring to smear a spectrum across the ridges.
The same skeleton of concentric noise-warped rings as the ink version, but drawn on black with every contour rendered as separate dots instead of a stroked line. Each dot's colour and opacity depend on its angle around the ring, its ring index and the loop clock, so bands of hue sweep along the contours while darker arcs sink into the background.
The rings still close seamlessly — the noise is sampled on a circle in noise space, with the drawing angle's cosine and sine as coordinates. The spectrum comes from phase-shifted trigonometric channels: red, green and blue each read the same colour index at a different offset, which yields continuous hue cycling, and an opacity divisor computed from the same inputs carves out the dimmed sectors.
