Hand tracking v5 — Catch
Neon drops rain down in fading streaks while a webcam hand reaches in to snuff them out; a big tally counts the catches and the ones that got away.
Coloured drops fall in straight lanes, each dragging a long fading streak; a webcam hand reaches in to intercept them, and every drop it touches vanishes into the count while the ones that slip past tick up the misses. The tallies are set large in blend-through type at the top.
A frame-rate-independent spawner releases balls just above the canvas under real gravity; each frame, every tracked point removes whatever falls inside its catch radius, and anything clearing the bottom edge scores a miss. The streaks are not motion blur but a slowly erased buffer — the ball layer fades only a few percent per frame, so each drop paints its own lane.
