Churros v6 — Scarf
A yellow and cyan scarf crumples in the lower half of a large still grid, folding over itself as its two ends drift to different heights.
Against a big lavender grid, a wide two-faced band — cadmium yellow on one side, cyan on the other, near-black in the folds — lies rumpled like a dropped scarf. It keeps kneading itself: the band's span stretches and contracts, its ends slide to different heights, and folds roll through the fabric.
Each stamp is first offset onto a small fixed circle before the main placement, which keeps the band a tight bundle instead of a loose scrawl, and the two ends of the walk are pinned to separately animated heights so the scarf tilts and sags as a whole. A single heavy stroke per stamp, its angle multiplied against the walk, does the weaving; the two faces are complementary phases of the same colour sines.
