Wavetable v1

A wavetable synth voice as its own display: a receding stack of waveform frames, one bright morphing curve, and a seeded step pattern walking a scale.

2dinteractiveaudio

A stack of single-cycle waveforms recedes up the frame in dim strokes while one bright green curve — the wave currently sounding — glides through the pile at the morph position, flashing with each note. A step lane below tracks the sequence, a marker on the right shows where in the stack the morph sits, and a monospace readout reports the table, step and frequency.

Every note is baked to raw PCM by pure maths from the wavetable frames — no live audio graph — and replayed as a named sample, so the offline render's soundtrack is bit-identical to the preview. The melody is a seeded walk over a chosen scale, the morph sweep is deterministic too, and dragging on the display only scrubs the visible curve: the audible notes keep their baked morph. The whole table exports as a JSON of frames plus its generating spec, reloadable by other sketches.
