Ribbons v13
A wheel of teardrop petals in full spectrum, each blade tapered by a different curve picked from a bank of easing functions.
A wheel of teardrop petals spreads the full spectrum around a dark hub, blades fat at the rim and pinched toward the centre, over a dim fan of rays. Petals lengthen and retract, and their profiles do not all match — some swell, some stay slim.
Each petal is a line of dots marched from an outer ring toward the centre, dot size shrinking along an easing curve — and the curve itself is cycled per petal and over time through a whole bank of easing functions, so every blade tapers to a slightly different law. The inner endpoint slides on a cosine, which is what makes the petals reach in and out.
