Churros v2 — String
A piped strand curled into a loose S, rainbow running head to tail, drifting over a faint grid like a string dropped mid-knot.
One thick strand curls twice on itself — blue tail, green-cyan middle, yellow-into-red head — with the glossy piped shading of the family and dark passages where the tube turns away. Behind it a faint blue grid slides. The curl never settles: the strand keeps re-knotting into new S shapes and half loops.
The curl comes from an accumulator: while walking a half-ellipse, each step adds a small time-varying rotation to the whole frame before stamping, so bends compound down the strand instead of being drawn as a fixed curve. On top of that the ellipse's own harmonics swing slowly, morphing the underlying path while the accumulated twist curls whatever the path currently is.
