A colour-faced cube tumbles on a cream ground, a different word on every side, and each roll lands a face square to the camera before the next begins. Faces carry their own background colour, typeface and tilt, so every landing reads like a fresh card.
Each face is a cached square texture — a solid colour plus one auto-fitted, centred word — applied to the six sides of a box. The tumbling interpolates between fixed face-forward orientations by slerping quaternions rather than blending Euler angles, so every transition takes the shortest single-axis arc instead of a wobbling drift; the step index runs off the loop clock, with an optional seeded shuffle deciding the face order, so the die lands back on its starting face exactly as the loop closes.
