Pulse v7 — Scan folding
Translucent cones and sheets — yellow, blue, red — cross in near darkness, their edges sharpening only where two of them overlap.
Ghostly cones and flat beams cross the frame in near darkness — a yellow pinch, a blue column, a red diagonal — brightening only where they intersect. Most of the canvas stays black.
A single diameter is drawn per pass, tapering from very fat to a hairline, and — alone in the family — with a translucent stroke: individual passes are almost invisible, and the image only builds where the fanned copies stack up. The rocking rotation spreads the pile into the folded planes the version name points at.
