Background — Dots
A pegboard field of small white dots on black, rows matched to the canvas ratio, with an optional sine pulse that breathes their size once per loop.
White dots sit in strict rows and columns on a black ground, evenly spaced like a pegboard. At rest nothing moves; with the pulse raised the whole field swells and shrinks together, closing cleanly at the loop seam.
There is no circle geometry: each dot is a stroke point, and p5 renders a point as a disc whose diameter is the current stroke weight — so one weight value sizes the entire field, and the pulse is just a periodic sine added to that weight. Rows are derived from the column count and the canvas ratio to keep the spacing square.
