# Neon v5 — Atoms Soft glowing orbs with pinpoint cores swell from a shared centre, collapse through it and bloom out the other side in slow orbit. They swell away from the middle of the frame, fall back through it and bloom out the opposite side, hues sliding around the spectrum as they go. The layered-glow trick is pushed to its limit: each dot is restamped about a hundred times, weight easing down and brightness easing up, so the discrete rings of the previous version fuse into a smooth falloff that reads as a volume. The orbit radius is allowed to swing negative, which is why the orbs pass through the centre and re-emerge mirrored rather than bouncing.
